How it all started

On a hunt for available solutions

We wanted to stop the use of spreadsheets and find a software solution to help us with our people management tasks.

It was important for us to find a solution that is giving us [the user] control and flexibility to choose and configure the functionality we needed. We wanted to see a steady cost prediction and avoid paying for features we don't need or use.

What we discovered was:

- Confusing and unpredictable pricing models.
- High entry cost or steep learning and setup required.
- Bundled software packages forcing us to pay a higher price.
- Solutions pushing us to contact sales before we can even see for ourselves and evaluate the software.
- Separate solutions that could not be integrated or share important data.
